If you haven’t had a chance to look at the Organic Farming for Health & Prosperity report put out by the Organic Farming Research Foundation, we recommend that you check it out!  This report examines the societal benefits of organic agriculture in North America, and is based on scientific, peer-reviewed literature.  Some of the findings covered in this publication include improved soil health, water quality, biodiversity levels, and climate change mitigation brought about by organic farming techniques.  The Organic Farming for Health & Prosperity report also goes over ways that agricultural policies in the US could further support organic farmers.
