Beth Wells is the Vice President of Quality at CROPP Cooperative/Organic Valley in La Farge, Wisconsin. Beth began her career in 2005 as an agricultural economist for a renewable energy start-up. She joined Organic Valley in 2007 as an operations manager. She has held various roles in the cooperative over the past decade driving business improvement and strategic initiatives to support and market products for the cooperative’s 1800+ farmer owners. She received her bachelor degree in agribusiness and dairy science from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. Beth earned her master degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University. She enjoys reading, attending fairs and livestock shows, playing recreational sports, volunteering for youth organizations and spending time with her family at home, on the farm.
