The Mission

Mission Organic 2010 is an ambitious campaign with an exciting goal: to increase the current market for organic food from 3 percent to 10 percent by 2010. When we, as consumers, demand the organic supply, farmers and food companies will supply the organic demand. The result? Healthier people and a healthier planet.

It’s that simple.

Small Choices

The Organic Trade Association projects that if we continue to purchase organic at our current rate, organic food sales will reach about five percent by 2010. Mission Organic’s goal is to double that to at least 10 percent. With your help, we can do it!

Big Impact

"Going organic” means better health for you and your family. It also means better health for our planet and our farm animals. But how much of an impact can you personally make by purchasing organic food? You can impact your health and that of your family, along with millions of others, especially infants, children and seniors. What does my choice to eat organic mean?
